Vila a fost construita in 1830 si, in ultimii ani, a fost in proprietatea unei familii frantusesti bogate, fostii proprietari ai unei distilerii de lichioruri exclusiviste.
In 2016, distrileria a fost vanduta unei corporatii italiene ce activeaza in domeniul bauturilor alcoolice si care a scos proprietatea la vanzare imediat dupa finalizarea tranzactiei.
